First Grading Period Dates
The First Grading Period will have the following dates: 3 week Progress Report is on Thursday, August 28th. Six week Progress Report is on Thursday, September 18th. End of the 9 weeks is on Thursday, October 2nd. Report Cards are posted in Parent Portal on Thursday, October 9th.

August 26th, we celebrate Women's Independence Day in Texas! This day marks the official certification of the 19th Amendment in 1920, a monumental step that granted women the right to vote. The efforts of the women's suffrage movement paved the way for the progress we see today!

Bad Weather Makeup: Friday, May 9th
Due to the unexpected school closure on January 21st, Academy ISD will have a bad weather makeup day on Friday, May 9th. Thanks to the district's ability to use some of its banked hours, the makeup day will only be a half day to meet the number of required instructional minutes. Mark your calendars for Friday, May 9th: AECC/AES/AIS: 7:40 a.m. - 12:10 p.m. AMS/AHS: 7:45 - 12:15 p.m.
