2024-2025 AISD Calendar Change

‼️Attention Academy ISD Families: There has been an ✨UPDATE✨ to Academy ISD's School Calendar for 2024-2025. ➡️🗓️𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝗿𝗱, 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆/𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆. Academy ISD was approved by the Texas Education Agency for a Staff Development waiver. The Academy ISD Board of Trustees in a special board meeting, approved to modify the school calendar by changing February 3rd to a staff development day.

Today, on National Special Education Day, we celebrate the incredible achievements of students with disabilities and honor our wonderful educators and families who support and inspire them every step of the way. Together, we can continue to create a more inclusive world where every learner thrives! #TCA

Student Holiday/Staff PD Day

Friday, November 22, will be a student holiday and staff professional development day. This is not a Bee Camp day.

Bumblebees, show your school spirit with the following theme days for the 2024 pep rally season!

October 11 - Student Holiday

Friday, October 11, is a student holiday! AECC/AES/AIS will hold parent-teacher conferences. AMS/AHS will hold professional development. The next Bee Camp will be offered for students age 5 through 5th grade on Friday, October 18. Registration will open Saturday, October 12.

Labor Day is Monday, September 2! All AISD campuses and offices will be closed.

Academy ISD first day of school is Thursday, August 8, 2024. AECC, AES, and AIS: 7:40 start time. AMS and AHS: 7:45 start time.
